It is an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in which have been blended the following varieties: Hojiblanca, Picual and Arbequina. Smoothness, body and fruity, to obtain one of the best olive oil’s taste. In Olive oils it usually occurs as in wines, that the best ones are the result of an adequate combination. We strive to obtain an extraordinary oil in our MonteBlanco”Coupage”.
We have choosen a wild beautiful flower «Cardo borriquero» to decorate the label as a tribute to the wild plants that protect the topsoil of our fields, the wildlife and enviroment.
