The limestone soil and redentless sun of the south of the province of Cordoba, together with the Pedro Ximenez grape, once they are transformed into raisins, are the key for this extraordinary dessert wine.
During the harvest, the earliest of the northern hemisphere, the grapes are picked up by hand and laid down on mats in the sun from about 7 to 16 days. Once the grapes are dehydrated in their proper level, the must is obtained and transformed into one of the sweetest and nicer dessert wine in the world.
Monteblanco is elegant, fruity and mellow with an excelent taste and fragrance.
Ideal as a dessert, or sharing it with chocolate, icecream and with your favourite cake.
